    Gentlmen/ Mebers of the Chamber

    Greetings,

Asharqia Chamber extends its warm regards to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union with reference number (45102404) dated (27/5/1445H). The letter mentions that the Union has received a letter from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources with reference number (3989/1/1445) dated (24/5/1445H).

The ministry is currently working on the project "Improving Customs Exemption Procedures," and in an effort to gather feedback from the private sector, the ministry has launched a service on the industrial platform to receive feedback on the list of restricted and exempted customs tariff items associated with industrial inputs.

The Union emphasizes the importance of participating by providing feedback, either supporting or opposing the removal of restrictions on items in the list, in filling out this survey. This will enable the ministry to continue working on the project to improve customs exemption procedures, empower the private sector, and enhance the competitiveness of national products. For further information, you can contact the ministry's representative, Mr. Ali Al-Qarni, at mobile (0555386200) or email (a.algarni@mim.gov.sa).

    Sincerely
